You and your office pals can try a FREE introductory "computer relief" lesson. This consists of eye, wrist and neck exercises and gentle stretching of the torso, legs and arms. You don't need much room - and you are not required to change into lose clothing.

Clients learn a basic RESTORATIVE YOGA routine with a chart. After six weeks they can practice on their own. In addition, they receive an individual posture assessment.
As your confidence builds you will be able to perform linked movements, such as Sun Salutations - a classic series of 12 postures to build a fitter heart through strong breathing.
