ANUSARA INSPIRED
Known as the “yoga of the heart,” integrates a deep awareness of body alignment with a heart
centered approach to the practice. Perfect for students new to yoga and those who enjoy going into
the understanding of the poses which are held past the point of comfort.
VINYASA FLOW
Creates an inner journey towards healing, self-awareness, acceptance and empowerment.
ASHTANGA
Based upon the system developed by Pattabhi Jois. Involves synchronizing the breath with
progressive series of postures - a process producing internal heat and sweat that detoxifies
muscles and organs. Ideal for those students seeking a full body workout but who also enjoy a
similar sequence each class.
HATHA YOGA
is like the plain yoghurt of Yoga. It is the foundation of all other branches of Yoga. I believe Hatha
Yoga is the best style for beginners to develop from. It’s slow but not so slow that the mind is
wandering all the time.
YIN YOGA/RESTORATIVE
A meditative deep-stretch practice designed to open muscles and fascia (connective tissue),
increase flexibility and explore deeper energetic aspects of poses. Great for calming your nerves if
you have a tendency to speed up often.
PRIVATE CLASSES for one, couples or family.
